Reiki is a powerful yet gentle healing modality that brings harmony to the energy centers and releases any stuck emotions and energy. Light hands-on touch or non-touch hovering delivers this healing energy to wherever it needs to go in the body. Set to a sound bath with vibrational tones that also clear and release energy amplfies the impacts of this relaxing session. Amy will play a sound bath & meditation while multiple Reiki practitioners (all Healing Haus-attuned!) move throughout the space to support your deepest relaxation. Consent cards will be used so attendees can opt into hands-on treatments or enjoy hover (no-touch) Reiki. *Please Bring Your Own Yoga Mat*
