The Chakras, or Energy Centers, in the body are physical places that also correspond to areas of life. The natural state of energy is flow, but when we are out of alignment in areas of our life due to conditioning, fear, or lack of awareness, this can cause build up and stagnation in the energy centers. We'll use guided imagery through meditation to feel into the different energy centers to clear and release stuck energy, returning the energy body to its natural state of flow. Sound baths are an immersive listening experience. Each crystal bowl vibrates at a frequency that matches the frequency of an energy center in the body. When the bowls are played, it activates the energy center, releasing any stagnancy and providing an effortless reset of the energy body. The crystal bowls also slow the brain waves, ushering you into a deeper meditative state. Great for experienced meditators and also those with active, chatty minds, alike! This hour-long meditation and sound bath is the perfect mid-week reset!
