Service Description

What are you building? In this 5-week virtual container, we will use the measure of one brick of cacao to mark our inner transformation. The schedule aligns with the Spring Equinox, a time of rebirth, newness and awakening. We'll meet weekly via Zoom to share a cup in community, and have rich discussion and teachings around the energetics of the solar plexus (personal power center and our identity) and the heart (community, connection, presence) and how to foster these energies in our day to day lives. Expect weekly virtual live sessions where we prepare and sip cacao together with journal prompts, energetic teachings, meditations, q+a opportunities, and of course community magic! We'll also have an optional group chat for support & accountability. Plus self-work of guided rituals with your own cup of cacao and daily practices. Each participant will receive a brick of Keith's Caco (value $55 + shipping, included in total cost) to work with during our container. You can expect to leave the container with a set of tools on connecting more deeply to yourself, on channeling your personal power through your heart, and feeling like your cup has been filled.
